I found some simple free silhouettes on line so I made them into cut files.  They are saved in MTC and as SVG files.  Take them into your program, split them then you can use them individually.

Here is another alphabet called Girls are Weird that will work for cutting your own stencils.  I have saved them in MTC and as an SVG file.  Open them in your program, split them then use just the letters you want and resize them as needed.

Here is another alphabet that you can create and cut your own stencils with.  They are saved in MTC and SVG formats.  Just open them in your program.  Select all then split, that way you can work with one letter at a time and resize as you want.

I had to create some stencils from lettering and then cut them so I thought as long as I did it I might as well share them.  I have them saved as MTC and SVG files.  Just copy them then when you want to use them take them into your program and split them so you can create your own words, and the sizes you need.
